Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Your use of this website constitutes your affirmative: (a) acknowledgement of the terms and any modifications; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the terms, as amended. - Shipping & Delivery
At this time, we ship to locations within the continguous United States, Alaksa, Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We can only ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to post office boxes. All UPS shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the order based upon your location. Taxes will also be applied to your order based upon the applicable sales tax where your order is shipped. All deliveries will be made by UPS and all applicable charges will apply.
All orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 48 hours after being placed. Items are shipped Monday-Friday until 3:30 PM Eastern Stadard Time. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed that Monday or the next day following the Monday if it is a holiday and leave our warehouse within 48 hours from that day.
Availability In the event that an item you order is temporarily out of stock, due to high demand, we will notify you within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us to check on the availability of the items before you place your order to ensure availability.

- Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you received we will exchange the item or issue a credit. We will only accept returns which have not been worn, damaged, altered, washed and are in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Before returning any merchandise, you must call Caterwear at 1-800-272-3078 to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Once the return authorization number is provided, all returns must be received by us within 10 days of such authorization and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper and are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
